Updated Outreach Hours

Effective 3/23/2020

In response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, Mid-Sioux Opportunity, Inc. continues to take actions to ensure the safety of its employees and the families we serve. We will still be working to meet the needs of families who need assistance.

We will only be staffing Outreach Offices that have a food pantry.  Our Cherokee and Sioux Center Outreach offices will be staffed during our normal business hours; however, we encourage families to reach out to us over the phone instead of coming to our offices. Our services remain altered in the following ways:

  • All applications will be taken over the phone or online
  • Food packages will be available by calling ahead and picked up curbside
  • Staff may be reached by phone with questions or concerns

Please be aware that office hours may change as Mid-Sioux Opportunity will follow the recommendations of our funding agencies, the Iowa Department of Public Health, and the National Centers for Disease Control.
