MSO Receives New Grant

Competitive Grant Awarded from the Lyon County Riverboat Foundation

Mid-Sioux Opportunity is honored to be the recipient of the Lyon County Riverboat Foundation Competitive Grant. Non-profit organizations (501c(3), 501c(4), 501c(6)) and government/city/school organizations in and around Lyon County, Iowa, were eligible to apply.

"Funds will be used to update the Head Start classroom and Outreach office facilities. We very much appreciate the support from the LCRF," states Executive Director, Dick Sievers.

 

The Lyon County Riverboat Foundation seeks to be the catalyst to help qualified organizations meet needs within Lyon County and beyond in the areas of development, beautification, education, and human and social issues.
