HHS Announces CCMS Implements 'Data Bridge' with CCA KinderTrack Portal

Hello Iowa Child Care Programs,

We are excited to announce brightwheel’s integration with the Child Care Assistance (CCA) KinderTrack system! With this new feature, you will be able to log student check-ins with brightwheel and easily send attendance data to Iowa’s KinderTrack portal.

By using attendance data already entered in brightwheel using the check-in tool, the KinderTrack integration allows you to quickly and easily submit attendance data to your KinderTrack account! This removes the need to manually enter child attendance times and reduces the likelihood of data entry errors. This is a huge time saver for your business!

If you are interested in getting your brightwheel account set up for the next CCA billing period that starts on March 6th, register and join one of brightwheel’s sessions below to get started.

Important reminders:

  • Please bring your Provider ID number
  • Please bring your Child ID numbers
  • Please make sure your attendance data is accurate in brightwheel. For help click here
  • Do not enter any information into the KinderTrack portal for the next billing period that starts on March 6
