Invitation to Bid: Mid-Sioux Opportunity, Inc. Rock Rapids Interior & Exterior Building Renovation Project

Mid-Sioux Opportunity, Inc. is soliciting bids for the Rock Rapids Interior & Exterior Building Renovation Project. Interested contractors are invited to obtain bid documents and submit proposals according to the following schedule:

  • Pre-Bid Walkthrough: Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
  • Bid Opening: Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.

Official bid documents, including drawings and specifications, are available from the architect, Jennifer Palmer, AIA, NCARB (jennifer@denisondrywall.com). All questions regarding the bid documents should be directed to the architect.

Mid-Sioux Opportunity, Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable procurement laws.
