Mid-Sioux's 60th Anniversary Comedy Night

After an eight-year break, Mid-Sioux Opportunity, Inc. is excited to announce the return of its Comedy Night Fundraiser in celebration of the agency's 60th anniversary! The Comedy Night will take place on Saturday, September 20, 2025, featuring comedian Kris Covi at the Avalon Ballroom in Remsen. The evening begins with a social hour at 6:00 p.m. A meal, catered by Home Plate Catering, will be served at 7:00 p.m., followed by the entertainment for the evening, Kris Covi at 8:00 p.m.

Tickets can be purchased through the Mid-Sioux office in Remsen, from any Mid-Sioux employee, or by visiting our donate page and entering how many tickets you are purchasing. Tickets purchased online will be waiting for you at the front door of the event. For more information, call 712-786-2001.

HHS extends payments for monthly CCMS license fees through June 30, 2025

HHS is excited to announce that they will continue to fund monthly software license fees to child care programs for either Playground or brightwheel through June 30, 2025.
